Two luxurious and spacious homes have already been constructed in Parkview Estates (lots 16 and 17). The contractor, James P. Anderson, hand selected and personally designed each aspect of the homes, from the granite counter tops and high-end appliances to the Jacuzzi bathtubs and porcelain tile floors. Exquisite, stone pillars can be found in the entryway of one of the homes and along the large, wrap-around porch of the other home.

James P. Anderson, president of Promise Technologies, Inc., is the preferred builder of the homes constructed in Parkview Estates; however, upon the approval of the Parkview Estates Homeowner’s Association, other builders may be permitted to build within the community.
